In a way, I can relate to Chris and Courtney's perspectives. Mostly to Chris' with hoping for something more and believing in the possibilities, and yet be faced with the disappointment that the other person is in a different place, emotionally. We can do our individual best to make things work but it really does take two… Best of luck to you, Chris and to Courtney too. There is hope for happier times to come.

What a sad ending!

These past two seasons have had too much unnecessary drama. I'm hoping season 5 will be more fun like seasons 1&2 were. Oh and Chris, next time you call a girl a brat, do it off camera. Best of luck to the both of you.

So, that's it. I wish Kent and Erin and Zack would have jumped out of the bushes outside of the office and yelled "We're all getting married!"

Oh sad! Well I just have to say that communication is THE most important thing to have in a relationship, and you two seem to do that great. Another thing I have to say is that if you are waiting for something to happen..."whatever happens, happens." Then nothing will happen! If you want something to happen, you have to GO FOR IT! I know of many long-distance relationships that have worked...I'm just saying :) I wish you two the best, thanks for letting us spy on your courtship. Please keep us updated TMB!

It felt like the last two episodes were a long commercial for this therapist and his practice. In fact, it felt like this therapist perhaps paid TMB to get these episodes to revolve around him. Not a coincidence that the two episodes opened with a plug for this therapist’s office.
I’m not quite sure what the point was for them to go to him. I mean, it not like they had a real long relationship or anything. The therapist made it seem like they were getting a friggin divorce.
I must say that TMB really drove up the expectations after the second to last episode. Then, the press release came out talking about finding and eternal companion. My expectations were that they were going to bite the bullet.
I rather would have had Courtney and Chris speak to the camera about what their feelings were and why they decided what they did rather than going through this guy’s therapy. It felt like it was really, drawn out. Very thick. I wanted stop the video 1/3 of the way through. The last two episodes could have been reduced to 5-10 minutes but they were drawn out to 20 minutes each.
It felt like a commercial for this therapist. No longer was it about Chris and the camera. This last episode was about the therapist. It felt like he caused them to hyper analyze their decision and wowed the viewers with his psychoanalytical skills. I laughed at the end of the video when the therapist’s contact info flashed across the screen.
It felt like this wasn’t Chris and Courtney’s decision to talk with this therapist, but that TMB asked them to do this for their last episode. Thus, my theory that this was all based on a therapist purchasing some air time. What better audience to advertise to than those who wished they were in a relationship!
TMB sold out!

How about giving us an update on Kent’s situation?

I actually liked the therapist's comments the most. It felt like Courtney and Chris were both kind of talking in circles and not making sense. Courtney seems done, but still says, "Well, maybe it will work out," and Chris seems "un"done but not willing to admit it. So the therapist's comments were a welcome reprieve from the same ol' same ol' circle talking. Maybe if he'd worked with Chris from the beginning of the process, things would have worked out better... who knows? And what's reality TV without a therapist, right? Ha!

I also agree with the previous comment about Chris's need to go for it. You really can't say "What will be will be... if it's right, I'll fight for it, and if not, I won't..." Um... at this point, you just have to go for it if you want anything to happen! Who knows if it's right yet?

And I also agree with the jumping out from the bushes idea. That would have made everything awesome-er.

CHRIS, way to go!!! You listened to your heart. I'm proud of you for doing this. Dating is not easy. I'm sure princess is out there somewhere. I enjoyed your season.

The shrink's voice is so soothing.

Really? Twenty minutes of therapy? Holy cow! I now see why there are so many singles out there...... so much fear of commitment.....so much selfish interests....so much sarcasm!

I agree with the other poster....this "sponsored by" was a bit of a sell out. Courtney had fun, but when she got to know Chris better....it didn't seem to be working out.

I thought we might have 10 minutes of therapy and then 10 minutes of Chris begging Sharla for forgiveness! hahahaha

I wish I had a therapist to help me move on when I got dropped off at dumpsville!!

Good luck in finding love to everyone on the show.

Chris, I think you in part had this unfortunate situation of having the girls actually see you go on dates with other girls and talk about them. On the TV show bachelor, this happens only at the end. You spoke bluntly to the camera because that's who you are, but with a dozen other girls watching what you say after every set of dates, its got to be tough. I'm pretty sure I would have stuck my feet in my mouth way more than you ever did. Good luck dude and keep having fun.

Great season, looking forward to the next one!!

The plugs for products and places is getting a little old... I understand TMB is excited to get sponsors but do the actual dates have to include plugs for them?
This was veeeeery drawn out when I think most people could see that Courtney wasn't invested in this relationship.

She was soooooo not into him! Talk about forced. It was kinda sad how he thought they had potential; why you would pursue such a dull, lacking spark eternity is beyond me.

TMB, the sponsors don't bother me, you gotta pay for the show somehow! That is how an internet business works people! I liked the shrink, he asked great in depth questions that I think really helped define the relationship. So when is the next season starting?!?!? Anyway it could be Noelle? :)

I LOVED noelle!! We want Noelle as the next bachelorette!!

Seasons 3 and 4 were disappointing. As Andrea said, there was too much drama and not enough fun. Yes, we're all looking for something true and long-term, but must it all be so serious? I mean, therapy this early in the relationship?!?

Want better ratings? No offense to the "normal" people on the show (I'm one of you), but normal is rather boring. What we need are spunky contestants to liven up the party. Aubrey was so charming. Rick was such a ham. Many of their dates were fun to watch too.

Audiences want to be either entertained or to live vicariously through someone else's fabulous life. Daily humdrum isn't interesting; I can come up with that just fine on my own, thank you.

Oh, and best wishes to everyone on the show. I feel ya'; I'm still searching too.

Wish Zack Oates would have been the Bachelor. Chris is a nice guy, but not very entertaining to watch from a show perspective. Hope the next season is more fun and not so painful to watch.

Hmm... His body language and the way he squealed his tires leaving the parking lot doesn't bode well for a happy ending.

I like this girl. I think it's a mistake for anyone to pass her by. My guess is he had his mind set on another girl and she let him down.

And so the single pool continues to grow and grow. We Mormons don't seem to do very good at finding mates.
